⛰️ Do the excursions require any particular physical fitness?
Our circuits are accessible to everyone, regardless of age or physical fitness.
💶 How is the price of the tour established?
The advertised price is a price per vehicle (group of 1 to 4 passengers) and varies depending on your pick-up location. You can check the prices from Saint-Gilles, Saint-Pierre and Saint-Denis here. For other pick-up locations, contact us.
Some tours are offered for different durations (3 hours, half-day or full day). The price may vary depending on the duration chosen.
Some circuits include optional visits (museum, botanical garden, short hike, etc.). The price may vary depending on options chosen.
In all cases, the final price will always be clearly indicated to you before confirmation of your reservation.
🛜 What is included in the tour price?
The price includes pick-up (anywhere on the island, airport or cruise ship), bottles of water and a wifi connection included on board.
The price does not include lunch (in the case of a full-day tour) and any entrance tickets (in the case of museum or botanical garden visits).
🛳️ How is the support for cruise ship passengers going?
You will be greeted at the foot of your cruise ship by the driver, who will have a sign with your name on it. The driver will pay particular attention to your return time limit, to ensure you have a peaceful experience before your return on board.

📞 How do I book my VTC?
To book your airport transfer, your excursion or any journey, simply contact us (telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, contact form) including the subject of your request.
We will get back to you as soon as possible and exchange the information necessary for your support (departure time and address, number of people to be transported, flight number, etc.). A booking confirmation will then be sent to you.
You also have the option to Book Online (except for sightseeing Tour).
💶 How does the payment work?
Payment is made on board, directly with the driver, at the end of the trip in cash or credit card.
If necessary (for example if you wish to pay for a third party), you will also be able to pay by bank transfer or by bank card payment link.
In the case of an online reservation, you will be offered the option to make an online payment.
✈️ How is the pick-up at the airport?
For your arrival in Reunion Island, you will be expected just outside the arrivals hall, with a sign on which your name will appear. Our driver will then take you to the vehicle parked nearby.
For your departure from Reunion Island, you will be taken to the airport drop-off point, a few meters from the check-in hall.
🧳 What is the passenger and luggage capacity of VTC Péi?
We are equipped with a Kia eNiro, which can accommodate the driver and 4 passengers. The maximum baggage capacity is 3 hold bags and 4 cabin bags (variable depending on the number of passengers).
